We recognize that one of the keys to controlling medical treatments is to manage the system that provides it. Our mission is to be in touch with the injured claimants immediately so that we can guide them through the process of arranging medical appointments, explaining medical terminology and procedures, and facilitating a return-to-work plan to restore them to gainful employment.

We work hand-in-hand with the claims examiner, the physician, the employer and the employee to successfully complete the mission.

We also provide medical bill review to allow our customers to decrease the cost of medical care through the benefits of the State Fee Schedule and a PPO network.

Through a combination of these efforts we believe we will succeed in returning a positive, productive worker back to the job and controlling the cost to do so.
